International Certified Judges Training
Capital Confectioners is pleased to be the new hosts for the judging certification program formerly run by ICES. This program will help you learn the ins and outs of what to look for when judging sugar art pieces. The goal is to educate judges, competitors, and show personnel; elevate the quality of competitions, and maintain consistent judging standards. In the future judges for TTTC will be chosen largely from the pool of new and existing certified judges. We will help you get your apprenticeships at other shows and help to place you at other shows in the future. Our former lead judge, Chef Nicholas Lodge, was a proponent of this program which he helped develop along with other seasoned judges.
Note: This class will be held in Yorkana, Pennsylvania in conjunction with the White Rose Cake Show. Exact class location and times will be sent to you closer to the show.
