It feels good, navigates well. It is definitely more streamlined than the other one, but maybe not quite as warm looking. I'm not sure if I explained that right. Less home-y, more professional. I love the forums and the ads being right here at the same site and the option to be alerted to new posts. I also like the idea of signing in, so we can see how many new seekers are taking a peek. A couple specific things...
The "advance search" in the Main Menu should probably be "advanceD search" and the little note that pops up on the page after you register has an "an" that should be an "a".
Other than those completely nit-picky things, I think it is great! A lot of work surely went into this. It is very appreciated.
